Debbie Bannister
Helping others has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I often spent my free time visiting elderly neighbors, listening to their stories, helping with small tasks, and simply enjoying their company. Later in life, I became a caregiver for two grandparents and both of my parents over a period of 19 years. Those experiences taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of having someone you can trust during life's biggest transitions. Today, I bring those same values to my real estate business. Since earning my real estate license in 1984 and joining Seay Real Estate full-time in 1997, I have helped buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate important real estate decisions. As an Associate Broker and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I combine decades of experience with a genuine commitment to serving others. While I enjoy helping clients of all ages, I have a special passion for serving adults age 55 and better. Whether you're considering downsizing, moving closer to family, aging in place, relocating to a retirement community, or simply exploring what comes next, I understand that these decisions are about much more than real estate. They're about lifestyle, family, finances, memories, and creating a home that supports the life you want to live. My role is not to pressure you into making a move. My role is to listen, educate, guide, and help you make the decision that is right for you.
